    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms and subsequently stored in the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are protected during transmission using an SSL certificate. As a result, personal data and login details entered on the Website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that it can only be read using a key held by the Operator. This protects the data in the event that the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way, which means that it cannot be reversed. This is currently the standard method for storing user passwords.
  4. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  5. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters, with a minimum length of eight characters.
  6. An important part of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, including regular updates of software components.
  7. The Operator regularly creates backups to protect the data.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted and technically maintained on the servers of the following provider: other_company
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting provider maintains server-level logs. The following information may be recorded:
    • resources identified by a URL, including the addresses of requested pages and files,
    • the time when the request was received,
    • the time when the response was sent,
    • the name of the client device, identified through the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred while processing HTTP transactions,
    • the URL of the website previously visited by the user, known as a referrer link, if the user accessed the Website through a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,

    • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through registration tools available on the Website,
    • information related to emails sent to and by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information About the Use of Personal Data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller may disclose your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform an agreement concluded with you or to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • the hosting provider acting as a data processor,
    • authorised employees and contractors who use the data to fulfil the purposes of the Website,
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller.
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to carry out the activities connected with it and required under separate regulations, for example accounting regulations. Marketing data will not be processed for longer than three years.
  3. You have the right to request that the Controller:
    • provide access to your personal data,
    • rectify your personal data,
    • erase your personal data,
    • restrict the processing of your personal data,
    • and transfer your personal data.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3(c), where personal data is processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However, the right to object may not apply where there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, particularly where the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website’s services.
  7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under an agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing purposes.
  8. Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that the data may be transferred outside the European Union.

5. Information Provided Through Forms

  1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data where such data is provided.
  2. The Website may record information about connection parameters, including timestamps and IP addresses.
  3. In certain cases, the Website may record information that makes it easier to associate the data provided in a form with the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc. with its registered office in the United States, to conduct statistical analysis of Website traffic. The Operator does not provide personal data to the service provider, but only anonymised information. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s end device.   2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the United States, to identify that a person registered with Facebook is using the Website. In this case, Facebook relies on data for which it is itself the controller. The Operator does not provide Facebook with any additional personal data. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s end device.
  3. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be adapted to the user’s behaviour on the Website.
