Key features and technology
- High Print Quality and Performance: The PRO version is typically based on three modern heated Epson i3200 printheads, allowing colour, white ink and varnish (CMYK + White + Varnish) to be printed simultaneously in a single pass. This ensures photographic print quality, resolution of up to 3200 dpi and smooth tonal transitions.
- Wide Material Compatibility: The machine enables direct printing on almost any type of rigid or flexible substrate. It performs exceptionally well on materials such as wood, glass, metal, PVC, acrylic, leather, aluminium, Dibond and ceramic tiles.
- Textured Effects and Print Finishing: Thanks to the varnish and white ink configuration, the printer can create raised effects, 3D prints, tactile textures, Braille lettering and selective gloss or matte varnishing.
- Efficient UV LED Curing: Dual UV LED lamps provide instant and uniform ink curing immediately after application. This gives the print immediate resistance to scratches and weather conditions.
- Advanced Vacuum Table: The machine is equipped with an integrated vacuum system, often featuring a single zone with adjustable suction power, which securely holds lightweight or flexible materials in place and prevents them from shifting during printing.
