Xenons X6090 / X6090 PRO is a compact LED UV flatbed printer designed for precise direct printing on promotional products, decorative components and materials used in industrial production. Its 600 × 900 mm working area provides enough space to print individual larger items or multiple smaller products during a single production cycle.

Key features and technology
The machine can be equipped with three Epson i3200 printheads, optionally Epson i1600 or XP600 printheads, depending on the selected configuration. Separate printheads can be used for CMYK colours, white ink and varnish, allowing all layers to be applied within one production process.
A maximum printing resolution of 3200 dpi enables accurate reproduction of fine details, small text, photographs, graphics and smooth tonal transitions. The printer is suitable for products where print precision is particularly important, including identification plates, personalised promotional items, technical markings and decorative components.
The CMYK + White + Varnish configuration supports printing on white, coloured, dark and transparent substrates. White ink can be used as an undercoat to improve colour saturation, as an independent printed layer or as part of a multi-layer print composition.
Varnish enables the production of selective finishing effects, glossy or matt areas and raised textures. Repeated application of ink can be used to create tactile surfaces, decorative 3D printing effects, touch-sensitive markings and Braille characters.
The ink is cured using dual LED UV lamps. Curing takes place immediately during printing, allowing finished products to be processed, packed or prepared for shipment without waiting for the ink to dry.
An integrated vacuum table stabilises lightweight, thin and flexible substrates. Securing the material reduces the risk of movement during printing and helps maintain accurate graphic positioning.
The continuous ink supply system uses 1.5 litre ink tanks. Automatic white ink circulation reduces pigment settlement within the ink system and supports reliable operation during regular production.
The available printing height allows the machine to handle objects up to 180 mm high. Xenons X6090 PRO can therefore print not only on flat sheets and panels, but also on boxes, cases, enclosures, finished products and other thicker components.
Applications and printing capabilities
Xenons X6090 PRO is designed for advertising agencies, printing companies, promotional product manufacturers, graphic studios and businesses specialising in product personalisation. Direct printing on a wide range of surfaces makes the machine suitable for individual orders as well as repeatable production runs.
The printer can be used to produce:
- promotional products, including pens, lighters, power banks, keyrings, magnets, notebooks and phone cases,
- plates and signage, including identification plates, information signs, warning signs, directional markings and product labels,
- decorative components, such as wooden signs, panels, pictures, ornaments, ceramic tiles and interior decorations,
- furniture components, including furniture fronts, decorative panels, inserts and personalised interior elements,
- packaging and prototypes, such as cardboard boxes, cosmetic packaging, wooden cases and short runs of customised product packaging,
- device enclosures, control panels, electronic components and industrial parts,
- display materials, including stands, display units, product markings and point-of-sale components.
The machine supports direct printing on materials including wood, glass, metal, aluminium, dibond, PVC, plexiglass, leather, ceramics and cardboard. The final print quality and durability may depend on the type and preparation of the substrate surface.
White ink makes it possible to create vivid prints on dark and coloured materials. On transparent substrates, it can be used as an opaque layer underneath the graphic, as a finishing layer or as part of a more advanced multi-layer print composition.
Varnish can be used to highlight logos, text, graphics and selected areas of a design. It supports the production of gloss effects, selective finishing, embossed effects and raised decorative textures that increase the visual and tactile appeal of the finished product.
When equipped with an optional rotary attachment, the machine can also print on cylindrical objects such as bottles, thermos flasks, mugs and other regularly shaped round products.
