Xenons XJ180 PLUS UV

The Xenons XJ180 PLUS is a high-performance hybrid UV-LED printer with a printing width of 1800 mm. Its construction supports both flexible roll-fed media and rigid substrates. This allows a single machine to handle various advertising and decorative printing applications without the need to invest in separate printing systems.

Key features and technology

The printer is equipped with Epson i3200 printheads, providing precise ink placement and a maximum resolution of up to 2400 dpi. This makes it possible to reproduce small graphic elements, sharp text, smooth tonal transitions and detailed images required for high-quality production.

The production speed reaches up to 70 m²/h. This performance makes the machine suitable for individual jobs as well as larger production runs.

The CMYK + W + V color configuration includes process colors, white ink and varnish. White ink supports printing on colored, transparent and dark surfaces. Varnish can be used to create gloss effects, highlight selected graphic elements and produce tactile surface textures.

The integrated conveyor belt with vacuum hold-down keeps the media stable during printing. Optional foldable roller tables installed at the front and rear of the machine make it easier to transport boards and other rigid substrates up to 30 mm thick.

The Xenons XJ180 PLUS uses UV-LED inks developed for Xenons printers. The inks are free from heavy metals and volatile organic compounds. Curing is performed with energy-efficient UV-LED lamps, which do not produce ozone and help reduce electricity consumption.

The ink is cured immediately during printing, allowing finished graphics to proceed directly to finishing, transport or installation. UV-LED technology supports applications intended for both indoor and outdoor display.

The machine dimensions are 3750 mm × 1280 mm × 1440 mm.

The Xenons XJ180 PLUS is designed for advertising agencies, large-format printing companies, signage manufacturers, interior decoration businesses and production facilities working with both roll-fed and rigid media.

White ink makes it possible to print on transparent, colored and dark surfaces. It can also be used as a white underlayer beneath the graphic, improving color saturation and image visibility.

Varnish allows selected parts of the design to be enhanced. It can be applied to logos, text, patterns and decorative elements, creating surfaces with different gloss levels and tactile textures.
