Key features and technology
The Xenons XJ2000 White Tiger is a large-format hybrid UV printer designed for efficient production on flexible and rigid media. Its maximum printing width is 2100 mm, while the production speed reaches up to 100 m²/h. The machine is suitable for large-format printing companies, advertising agencies and manufacturers of signage and decorative products.
The printer can be equipped with 5 to 7 Epson T3200 or Ricoh Gen6 printheads. A maximum resolution of 2400 dpi supports accurate reproduction of small details, text, smooth tonal transitions and complex graphics.
One of the main features of the machine is its contactless MAGLEV magnetic carriage drive. The system provides smooth and precise carriage movement without conventional mechanical contact. It reduces vibration and noise while supporting stable ink drop placement during high-speed production.
The CMYK + WH + GL configuration supports process colors, white ink and optional varnish. The machine can perform sandwich layer printing, applying color, white ink and varnish during a single carriage pass. This shortens production time and makes it possible to create more complex visual effects.
White ink can be used as an underlayer on transparent, colored and dark media. Varnish can enhance selected parts of a graphic, increase surface gloss and create tactile textures or decorative effects.
The wide conveyor belt includes a powerful sectional vacuum system. Individual vacuum zones stabilize the media on the printing surface and reduce movement during production. The system also supports heavier substrates, including wooden boards and glass.
An automatic feeding and take-up system simplifies the handling of roll media and supports continuous production. Low ink notifications allow operators to refill consumables in advance and reduce the risk of interrupting an active print job.
Ink is cured by long-life LED UV lamps. The curing system produces a low level of heat, making the printer suitable for materials that may deform when exposed to high temperatures. Low odor emissions improve working conditions and broaden the range of indoor applications for finished prints.
The printer includes anti-collision sensors that help protect the printheads if they come into contact with uneven or curled media. An antistatic bar neutralizes electrostatic charges on the substrate surface, reducing uncontrolled ink mist and limiting the appearance of fine ink dust around printed elements.
The machine dimensions are 4360 mm × 1530 mm × 1560 mm. It operates on a 220 VAC power supply with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. Maximum power consumption is 6000 W.
Applications and printing options
The Xenons XJ2000 White Tiger supports a wide range of large-format advertising, signage, interior decoration, retail display and exhibition production applications.
In roll-fed mode, the machine can be used to print on:
- self-adhesive films,
- advertising banners,
- backlit media,
- paper and poster materials,
- flexible media sensitive to high temperatures.
When working with rigid media, the printer can produce graphics on materials including:
- wooden boards,
- glass,
- boards used for signage production,
- decorative components,
- substrates used in advertising and interior design.
The machine can be used to produce advertising boards, signs, exhibition graphics, decorative panels, retail signage, trade fair display components, graphics for illuminated lightboxes and materials intended for indoor and outdoor use.
White ink supports clear and saturated printing on transparent, colored and dark substrates. It can be printed underneath the color layer, above it or as an independent part of the design.
Optional varnish can highlight logos, text, patterns and selected graphic elements. It can be applied selectively or over larger areas to create gloss, contrast between design sections or a tactile textured effect.
The ability to apply several ink layers in a single carriage pass improves the production of double-sided and backlit graphics, as well as projects that combine color, white ink and varnish.
